Hello Yankee Fleet! Maybe you could add a few photos from the Freedoms camera demonstrating the fruits of our labor during last Sunday’s Pollock trip! Per Willy’s request, I posted the below report on Noreast.com. Now we just need the pics of the multiple bags,coolers and loose fish about the boat to compliment my report! November 2009 Pollock Slaughterfest

Sunday was just like Willy said, absolute silliness! My husband Keith and I were at the Saturday and Sunday Pollock Slaughterfest on the Yankee Fleet with Captain Josh. We had HOURS of nonstop one to two ‘fish a cast’ action. Some anglers were actually taking a break from all the action stating they were too tired to catch any more fish! Can you imagine such a dream trip? Between myself and my husband, we brought over 300 pounds of fillets (Yes, fillets only; no skin) back to VT. We both threw back fish and gave fish away on the boat too so the potential for more was available but all of our coolers were full of fillets already. The long and evergrowing list of neighbors, friends and family have already put in their orders for Keith and I to continue to stock their freezers. Oh darn, guess I’ll just have to go fishing again this weekend with the fabulous crew of the Yankee Fleet! Come on out to ‘Glosta’ and join us this weekend! For those of you who can make it, Friday is also a day the Fleet sets sail and I can’t think of a better way to work off the poundage ingested on Thursday’s Thanksgiving feast! Don’t forget to make reservations!
